Need some advice from experienced wholesale sellers

I can purchase directly from a brand and receive invoices from them. The margins are good, and I don’t see any history of IP complaints on Amazon. However, the brand’s policy states that they do not allow retailers to sell on Amazon.

Would you take the risk and sell anyway, or would you avoid it? I’d appreciate hearing from anyone with experience in a similar situation.

Does the brand’s verbiage in any way state that a purchase from them means that you agree to all of their policies?

If not, I would proceed with caution, but from my understanding (not providing legal advice) there is almost zero legal ground on them to stand on. Worst case scenario would be an IP Complaint or a C&D which you could sell through while you wait for additional letters.

Did you have to sign an agreement stating you wouldn’t not sell the products on Amazon? How many sellers are in the listing? What does the keepa looks like in a year? Can you share the screenshot?

This will be a very short life span game. You can get stuck with lot of stock and 1 less relationship.
