How do u get around the requirements for needing a company letter approving of selling the product?

You have two questions? Being asked for invoices and/or being asked for a letter from Rubbermaid.
The easiest thing to do is purchase products from the manufacturer and/or authorized wholesale distributor that fits Amazon’s criteria for the application. A receipt from a discount store won’t work. It has to be a valid invoice.
They want to make sure that sellers are selling authentic products, and not some “knock off” products bought from China. Knowing Amazon’s high standards, that the least we can do.

Usually, you will be able to get approved without having to provide documents once you establish a positive selling history selling similar products.
