INFORM Act questionnaire not showing USA

Hey Everyone, I was recently asked to updated the INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire by Amazon.com.

Im a Seller based in Canada whose selling in US. I do have a LLC registered along with the EIN number. for some reason, when I try to fill out the INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire, it does not show me ‘USA’ as a country to select ! :neutral_face:

Does anyone know whats wrong here ?

I believe that I have seen an announcement on the US Forums stating that US based sellers don’t need to submit these questionnaires and that they only apply to international sellers.

Maybe @FunkyMonkey will be able to advise as she dealt with this some time ago.
