I wanted more people’s opinion

A customer sends me a message TODAY saying he wants a refund on a tool he ordered because it was not delivered ON Father’s day or right after. … it was ordered ON Father’s day at 7pm eastern time. I’m telling you there are some really STUPID people out there.

Many of the buyers are not stupid, they are savvy scammers.

If he wants a refund, he can submit a return request from his buying account. Simply tell him that you are more than willing to refund his payment, as soon as your receive back the item you sent him.
