Help needed with registering my brand on Amazon

Hi!

Has everyone gone the route of having a Brand name on Amazon? If so what is the best way forward for trademarking the Brand name? Apply direct or through an attorney? What has the journey been for those that applied directly?

Those that went through an attorney, any references?

We used LegalZoom to handle the filings on our businesses. Right now, they are working on our Trademark.

The best way how to obtain a trademark is through an intermediary, as opposed to doing it yourself. The process is complex, there may be rejections, appeals or suspensions caused by similarly branded products.

I use Igerent - they are a provider who handle everything for me.
