Last but not least, the product.

Optional charges:

Has anybody attached a percentile to any of the above?

Please help me fill in any gaps.

not sure what you mean. If you sell FBA you need to buy these items.

Sure when they ship orders to customers. These supplies and/or equipment are necessary to prep and ship products to FBA.
