As a Slovakian, I can assure you that in Eastern Europe many people see English as a foreign language and will therefore use attractively sounding foreign terms in their company name.
Let’s say I know of a small sole proprietor who calls his company xxxxx Global Holdings Limited, when it’s just a guy working out of his bedroom and his business is neither “Limited” nor a “Holding”. And it isn’t even a company, he is considered to be “individual”.
