Received a couple of returns back from FBA, but trying to connect the return to the original order, but the small packing slip inside the return gives no amazon order no.
Any advice would be great
There should be an LPN number (License Plate Number) on the attached label. If so, that unique serial number identifies the specific item as it moves through the FBA fulfillment process. It will also let you identify the specific Order ID that was returned.
