EU - Parallel Import Law - Amazon Flouting All the Rules?

We aren’t dropshippers, but we are in the EU and are linked to suppliers, so we don’t carry stock and buy the second we sell and pick up every day by the suppliers and send FBM.

So, we are from the EU, we source from the EU and sell in the EU.

We me mostly have invoices, but sometimes we had no sales yet…

LoA they only want from the brand owner all the way to us, which is ridiculous. (1 document).

The brand owner is registered in France, but it’s HQ is in Hong Kong…

Do the suppliers know they are fulfilling your Amazon FBM orders? Are they providing proper invoices / packing slips identifying you as the seller on record?

If you are looking for a goos supplier of movie merchandise in Europe, I recommend javolli.com. They are in Hungary, provide excellent licensing services and invoices.

Look up the company name with “United Kingdom” in the search terms, if you find an address, this is where you could serve them in the UK.

However, you don’t need to sue in the UK, you could launch the case in your own country, serve them at their European address.

In any event, you need to immediately remove the ASINs, so many complaints will get your account suspended.

Where are you based in Europe?

We are in Belgium, and we source locally by distributors in Belgium.
We even fetch the sold items ourselves with our trucks picking it all up.

We are connected to the supplier so we know what they have in stock and current price.

The downside is that an attack on an Asin that has not yet a sale or no sale over a year, we do not have what to send to Amazon.

So this sounds like retail arbitrage. If you receive a sale, you will come and purchase the goods.

But this is still not allowed in Amazon’s terms. You need to physically have the stock and not only source the items once you receive a sale.

Anyway, it is my understanding that since you don’t posses any goods which you paid for, it would therefore make no sense to take a legal action.

Just remove all products belonging to those brands and avoid them in the future.

I’ve explained multiple times what we do, and I writing it once again.

We are NOT doing retail arbitraging, rather buying from legit distributor, the same like a store would buy from.

The only difference is that we locked into their system, so know what’s in stock and price and sell accordingly.

If something is out of stock or a price change in a half a minute or so, it’s updated on Amazon.

The only issue is when we put something up for sale and we get attacked before we sold any.

Then, you need to purchase at least 1 units from every products in order to be able to prove that you have your inventory available for fulfillment and that you have the invoices.

It also means we can only sell 1 at the time, otherwise the invoice does not match…

I have placed amazon so often check mate on the phone, that they have barred my number.

That is an easy way out for them when in the wrong…

So, maybe try having 5 units of each item in stock or what bests suits you.

We have about 1M SKU…

Stock those that sell or sold in the past.

Hundreds of thousands…?

Not really feasable.
