Does anyone know a solution for this?

Since the latest Chrome updates, my SAS is no longer auto-opening, and I have to click on it manually. I’ve reinstalled it a few times, but the issue persists.

Same problem here. It is annoying but I used to it after few days. Hopefully someone can help.

If your SAS Chrome extension does not automatically open on an Amazon product page, you need to ensure that "Auto analyze on product pages " is switched on in your settings.

To do this:

  • Right Click the SAS button in your Chrome tool bar and select Options

  • On the options panel switch on the Auto analyze on product pages option

  • Restart your browser if requested

That should be all, if you are still having issues please reach out to [email protected].

I have this activated, but I still face this issue randomly.

Can you uninstall and reinstall the extension to ensure you have the latest version? Amazon made a change to the URL of some products, which prevented SAS from detecting those product pages. This is fixed in the latest version.

Thanks a lot. To be honest, I don’t think the issue is with SAS. I believe it’s due to the newest update of the Chrome extension, but I will check tomorrow as you suggested.

You were right. Auto analyze on product page was off but this has been turned off after the new updated of the chrome. Now everything is back to normal.
