Does anyone have any advice on how to purchase items multiple times on websites that only offer discounts to new customers?

I’d prefer not to create a new email and account each time I want to buy from them.

Too much hassle, and for what? Just find different suppliers. Email the retailer and ask if you can buy in bulk; otherwise, it’s just a headache creating new emails, etc.
