Could you please tell me about the shipping JT Express service?

Since this is a carrier based in the Philippines, I am assuming this is where you are also located.

Normally, international sellers are not subject to Valid Tracking Rate. This is because carriers from smaller and less common countries are not integrated with Amazon and their tracking doesn’t show any results.

So what you are seeing isn’t a reason for concern.
