We just got another trade mark approved and brand registry is telling me it cannot be registered as the name on the trademark and brand registry don’t match?

I’ve gone down this rabbit hole in so many circles I’m just flat frustrated. Has anyone successfully figured out how to add trademarks to your company brand or do you need a new brand for every trademark?
