Brand registry approved status not reflected

Hello everyone,

I’m currently navigating a situation with Amazon regarding a Brand selling application I recently submitted. Initially, my application was denied, but after reopening the same case and providing additional information, I managed to secure approval.

I noticed that despite the approval email, my Seller Central account still reflects a denied status for the brand application and still need to apply to sell.

If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has recommendations on how to proceed, I would be grateful to hear from you.

Create case directly from Brand Registry account and ask for this to be fixed.
