Brand approval request


I bought 3 x products from USA USA-based wholesale supplier, all of them 10+ pieces, the invoice matches my USA company details but all 3 ASINS were rejected. What should I do from here?

Do you think it’s a robot who rejected all of them for a few minutes? The reply came for approximately 12 hours.

Should I open the same case again or try with a new one ?

When Amazon declines application for brand approval like this, usually it’s because they can see that you only purchased a small quantity from each brand, so that it appears it wasn’t a genuine purchase and all you wanted was to get ungated.

Also, they don’t like virtual companies that only appear to be setup to sell on Amazon and have no established history or credibility.

Try making a larger purchase. Also, choose suppliers with legitimate websites and social media presence.
