Brand approval for ungating

I have applied for brand approval and they rejected in my first application in 2 minutes. Then applied again with detailed message and it has been 3 days they have not replied me back.

Should I email them and ask or wait?

How long does the process take?

Thank you

It’s normal for the second brand approval attempt to take longer. The first rejection happening in 2 minutes means it was auto-denied by Amazon’s system, but once you submit a detailed message with documents, it usually goes to a manual review queue. That process can take anywhere from 3–7 days, sometimes a bit longer depending on workload. There’s no need to email them yet, emailing won’t speed it up and often goes to the same queue. If you still hear nothing after 7 days, then open a follow-up case referencing your original ticket number. For now, waiting a little longer is the best move.

Totally normal. The first rejection was likely automated, if the system doesn’t recognize your info or trademark details right away, it kicks back fast.

Now that your second submission included more detail, it’s probably being reviewed by a real person. That part can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days, sometimes longer if they’re backed up.

If you haven’t heard anything by day 5, it’s okay to open a case under “Brand Registry” in Seller Central and ask for an update. Just stay polite and patient, Amazon’s systems can be slow, but they usually get there.
