Yes, these are 2D barcodes
This label does indeed have a 2D label on it (the dotty one with circles in the middle) but I very much doubt it if it’s the one you mean. 2D barcodes are used by many companies.
It’s actually a UPS courier label for sending your products into fulfilment centres.
Are you talking about 2D labels which tell Amazon about the contents of the boxes?
