Are there any SellerAmp experts?

Does the SellerAmp tool automatically factor in the cost that Amazon charges for shipping products into FBA, or is that an additional expense we need to manually account for when analyzing product profitability?

SellerAmp does not automatically factor in the cost of shipping products into FBA, so you need to manually account for that expense when analyzing product profitability. While the tool provides a breakdown of Amazon fees, including referral and fulfillment costs, inbound shipping costs to FBA warehouses are separate and depend on factors like package weight, size, and carrier rates. To get an accurate profitability estimate, it’s best to calculate your average shipping cost per unit and include it in your analysis.

So you set this for each shipment or each product? Since the cost will depend on the weight of each shipment.
