Any tips for getting reviews on my newly launched product?

Hello All,

I launched my FBA product three weeks ago and I am getting zero sales so far in spite of running PPC.

I was told I need to have reviews before I get any sales.

What do you recommend for me to do to get my first reviews?

Please let me know. Thanks.

To get your first reviews, consider reaching out to friends or get paid reviews to make initial purchases and leave reviews. After that, focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products to encourage organic reviews. Run PPC with high relevant keywords. What strategies have you used for PPC advertising?

@AishaNoor That’s against Amazon ToS.

@Florentina Use Amazon Vine

I agree with @VidsFromAphone, facilitating Amazon Vine program is the only approved way of obtaining paid product reviews.

It’s not uncommon for new FBA products to get zero sales for the first few weeks, even if you’re running PPC. This is because Amazon’s algorithm takes time to learn about your product and start recommending it to shoppers.

Reviews are definitely important, but they’re not the only thing that matters. Amazon’s algorithm also takes into account factors like your product listing quality, pricing, and PPC campaigns.

As others suggest, the best and compulsory strategy to get initial reviews is enrolling your product into Amazon Vine Program.

You’ll get on average of 7-8 reviews which will enhance improve your rank and boost up your organic sales.

Also check the product sales graph, it will let you know in which days your product details show less response as compared to others. According to that you can make changes in the listing content and PPC management.
