signed up for Amazon sponsored products.
tried to set up ad campaign but get message “Your ad is not eligible for impressions because your listing is not in the buy box.”
1… what is the point of allowing people to sign up for this, if the products can not be part of an ad campaign ?
2… how do i get my product in the buy box?
i am absolutely new to Amazon and am obviously missing something here.
have attempted contacting Amazon UK seller support, who, to be blunt, have been less than useful.
