Amazon Payment Account Verification

Hi Sellers!
I need help with my funds.
My Amazon.co.uk account has been suspended because I was unable to verify my Amazon payment account.
First, all the things are good but when I changed my residential address, amazon again asked for verification.
I have submitted the bank statement and utility bill but Amazon is unable to verify and my Europe marketplace has been suspended.
Now, I am selling in US but the problem is with my funds.
I requested for funds disbursement when my UK account was suspended due to verification. Amazon said to wait for 90 days.
After 90 days, I was submitted appeal and got a response. This time they asked for video call verification.
I have completed my call verification but received a response that they will not release my funds.
The question is why my account was suspended. There is no any policy violation or any other thing.
But they are holding my money.

thank you for posting into our forum. It sounds like there was something seriously wrong with the information you provided or the documents which you submitted.

When you opened your Amazon Seller account, which data have you provided? Specifically, could you clarify your status:

  • Where are you located
  • What business entity you used to open the account
  • What is your country of citizenship
  • What country address was provided during account registration

So, did you register using a local Pakistani company or was this a LLC setup in the United States for the purposes of opening an Amazon Seller Account?
