Amazon payment account cannot be opened

Hello fellow sellers,

Our seller account was suspended because Amazon states they cannot open our Amazon Payment account. Our seller account has been opened for 5+ years and haven’t made any modifications to our account. See below message we received:

"Dear Seller,

We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon… "

Anyone know what to do in this situation?

You are not the only one.

This issue is quite common. It means that you failed a second verification and you will need to provide Amazon some documents.
