It ties you in for 12 months and charges you an additional 5% on top of your current selling (referral) fee.
Can be useful for Europe HOWEVER note you still have to sort all the mandatory setup e.g. EORI number and EU VAT registration. Amazon do assist with that but via their (chargeable) VAT service.
