My name is Kristina Hajdukova, but I am better known as Kika Angelic. I used to be one of the most prolific and reputable contributors on the Amazon Seller Forum, where I participated with the usernames Kika and AngelicPretty, before being maliciously removed after being targeted by rival advisors.

I sued Amazon for defamation and violation of GDPR guidelines. In 2021, I won my lawsuit and became the first Amazon Seller in the world to win a lawsuit against Amazon. Here you can learn how to contact me and follow updates about my story!

Since many sellers reached out to me and suggested to set up a GoFundMe page, I decided to give it a try, despite I am normally not a person who asks for anything but rather gives. This is not about money at all. I just wanted to present my story and let other Amazon sellers express their support. If it was so easy, I would have contacted Amazon and shown them all the evidence of abuse I have, however the company is unreachable, doesn’t offer sellers any official channels how to reach out for help and the Seller Forums are managed by a few of the highest level executive employees who apparently have no one above them

On 4.November 2022, Amazon published an Apology and a Rectification to me and pinned it to the top of the entire Amazon UK Seller Forum with the following text:

Rectification and Apology to Kika: A statement published by Amazon on her Forum profile alleged that Kika (Kristina Hajdukova) had so seriously spammed, blurbed, and disrupted the UK Forum that it merited a thousand-year ban from her participation in and use of the Forum. Amazon Services Europe S.a.r.l. acknowledges that this allegation about the ban was incorrect and defamatory and regrets and apologises to Kika for publishing this statement. We have reached a financial settlement with Kika. This message has also been published on her Forum profile @Kika.
